- Opened 6 new enterprise accounts across government, utilities, transportation and mining — including a Queensland utility engaged for AEMO 5-minute settlement compliance and multiple NSW government agencies.
- Led account management for a major Australian travel company during COVID-19 — supporting rapid store closures, workforce consolidation and technology rationalisation under extreme time pressure.
- Pioneered the first drone-based visual inspection solution for a NSW government authority — demonstrating innovation instinct by identifying and winning a technology-first compliance use case.
- Managed MSA negotiations, SOW drafting and commercial structuring across a complex multi-vertical portfolio — overseeing both sales and delivery teams to ensure end-to-end client success.
